Dealing with Stress

Dealing with stress involves many thing. Here are a few methods of dealing with stress: [1] Direct Diversion: Think of something other than what causes stress; if the cause is not damaging or harmfull. [2] Stretch out to relax. That helps prevent over stress physically. [3] Indirect diversion by thinking f ways out of the stressfull situation. Find things online that may help you learn to get out of the situation. These will usually help terminate, or; at the least, minimalize stress.
