Complete Health Basics

To ensure a completely healthy body, 2 basic requirements must be performed:
[1] Dehydration: If the body is dehydrated, it is very strong. Dehydration must be well regulated. Incorrect dehydration may result in kidney malfunction or other injurious conditions.
[2] Electrolyte Balance: By containing sufficient electrolytes, the body ha extreme energy for heavy work.
Every extremely healthy person functions on these 2 requirements.
