In 2017 and 2018, a new strain of flu was spread worldwide. This flu is very hazardous; and, could be fatal.
Firstly, there is no certain cure. Present cures are only effective in curing 10% of the population receiving it.
Here is basic data regarding the : "Flu":
Basic Data:
* This is not easily washed off of hands. Oily residue soaks through toilet paper and deposits on hands.
* Exercising increases potential of heart failure unless they are mild exercises.
* When blood pressure goes up, heart rate goes down.
* This disease is not contagious through the air. It is ONLY contagious by contact with the oily residue deposited onto objects. The ONLY sterilization I recommend is washing hands only a single time per day with Povidone solution. It will kill any microorganisms throughout the day. It is iodine based surgical scrub.
* The length of lifespan of the illness is 3-4 months and more.
* Death caused by excessive heart fatigue; and, not heart attack.
* 3 phases of the disease:
* Shortness of breath. Eventually, lung infection and cold symptoms
* kidney infection
* Bloating/ gas
Here is what Never to do:
* If you catch it, NEVER take bed rest. Exercise mildly.
* Never exercise very hard. Perform very mild exercizes.
Treatment:
There is no general treatment. The treatments must be very customized; and precise.
* Garlic Powder: take 1-2 times a day in 0.5 teaspoon doses.Be carefull not to burn your throat.
* Green Tea: 1-2 glasses daily.
* Korean Ginseng tea: 1 glass daily
* Chai Tea: 1 glass every 3 days or less.
* Peppermint Tea: when Kidneys ache
* Magnesium Laxative: After symptoms are advanced. Magnesium is depleted from the body.
* 1 Nutrient drink daily for vitamins.
* Mild Cardio exercises and pushups if you can.
Symptoms:
Symptoms are in 3 main phases:
* Phase 1: difficulty in breathing: This leads into eventual short term upper respiratoric infection
with brown mucous
* Phase 2: This involves mild to moderate kidney pains and infection that is short term
* Phase 3: This is the Most severe phase where there is presence of bloating, weight gain; and gas.
* For the first month, symptoms are very mild; and range from shortness of breath to bloating with a foul odiferous gas expellation.
There is also shortness of breath
* For the second phase of symptoms, there is upper respiratoric [lung] infection that only lasts a2 weeks to a few days,; and, kidney infection that is recurring. It lasts up to 1 week.
* Painfull abdomen: A teaspoon of garlic stops it within 5 seconds
* Fever: This is not continual. It is off and on
* High to Low Heart Rates from 65 beats to 100 beats plus.
* Pain in legs: I take 2 potassium tablets. Do nothing unless pain is extreme; then take only 1 tablet.
* Pounding Heart
* weakness/ fatigue
* Extreme shortness of breath
* Shaky hands from high blood pressure
* Cold feeling/ Chills
* Foul odiferous urination/ Defacation
* Leg cramps
* Chest pains from heart fatigue; and, not heart attack
* Dryness of mouth with metallic taste
* Excessive narcosis [sleepiness]
* Kidney pains that start and stop at ontervals
* Slight dizziness sometimes.
* No hyperventilation when deep breathing
* Muscle pains; especially in legs/ wrists
* Loss of flexibility especially in wrists and legs; Muscle tension is excessive. Stretching is very difficult; but, very important.
* Oversleeping: only sleep 5-8 hours daily
* Unconsciousness: multiple times of short unconsciousness lasting a few seconds. Exercise when that occurs
* Breathing stoppages during sleep. This is for short periods of time.
* Instantaneous shortness of breath if sitting for long times [up to 2 hours]
* Weight gain up to 20 pounds
* Heat fatigue causes narcosis and unconsciousness
* Blood pressures change every 3-5 seconds by up to 20 units. The pressure may be 161/100; then change to 194/ 123 within seconds. It is a continual change. It NEVER stabilizes; or remains steady.
This is an average "Good Day":
* Time: Pressure/ heart rate
13:35 165/103/101
13:44 143/101/88
13:50 133/95/85
14:00 139/95/81
14:16 148/93/85
14:27 133/88/84
14:47 134/85/84
It is very rare for the systolic pressure to be under 141, the diastolic pressure to be under 100; and
the heart rate to be under 85
When checking pressures, I usually measure pressures every 3-4 minutes.
* When excersizing, This is what to expect for mild exercises:
Time: Pressure/ Heart Rate
14:08 157/107/74 [Dangerously low hear rate]
14:15 203/125/94 After mild exercises [Aerobics, 10 pushups]
14:18 159/116/84
Here are the workout Programs:
Remember, exercising to much; or too little is extremely dangerous.Do NOT Get out of breath much.
