Difficulty Breathing Treatment

If you have difficulty breathing after a short time; and with little exercise, You may have:
* Weak lungs: This is caused by not exercising your lungs with aerobic movements. Bicycling, Jumping Jacks; or other movement will increase your lung health.
* Asthma or Other Lung Disease: If you have any of these, they are life threatening. If you are short of breath after exercising, you may have one of these.
For lung diseases, usually Albuterol is prescribed. Albuterol worsens the disease. I recommend doing these:
  * Boil some water with sea salt in it until it steams. Place a lid on the pot; and turn it until steam comes
     out of the corner easily. Turn off the heat.
  * Very slowly place your face in the steam; and breath deeply into your lungs. Be carefull not to burn
     yourself. Breathe in the steam for 45 seconds to 3 minutes; as you possible can.
  * Wait for 3 minutes and repeat.
  * Do this until all of the mucous comes out of your lungs; but, no more than 3 times of coughing up
     mucous. The mucous will choke you very much; but, keep going. After the 2nd time, you will
     begin to breathe easier; but, after the 3rd time, you will breathe best of all. You may panic; but,keep
     going.
Do this 2-3 times weekly. After the second week, do it as needed.
Afterwards, do :
* Up to 60 pushups
* Up to 60 situps
* Up to 60 squat thrusts
Every day, try to work up to:
* Up to 60 pushups in 60 seconds
* Up to 60 situps in 60 seconds
* Up to 60 squat thrusts in 45 seconds.
Do these exercises 2-3 times daily:
* After waking up
* At Noon, if possible
* Before sleeping at night

Toothache

For toothache, wash your mouth out with warm sea salt water. It will burn at the first; but will relieve the pain very quickly. It will pull out the infection also.
If possible, try to put a drop of clove oil where it hurts. Do not swallow the oil. Spit for about 1 minute; then, wash out your mouth with water. Clove oil is not poisonous; but, it will numb your throat.

Influenza and Home Treaments

Are you very ill from flu or intestinal/ abdominal virus? I designed this treatment to help you become well fast:
[1] Your body tries to eliminate the bacteria or viruses; but, may be slow. Here is what I do:
   [1] If I am not to weakened, I drink large amounts of fluids such as tea, wait 30 minutes; then, flush my
        body out with a laxative. I repeat 3-4 times. This eliminates most of the bacteria/ virus buildup; and,
        allows your immune system to fight the bacteria/ viruses much easier.
   [2] Do NOT ingest [eat or drink] eggs, milk, cheese; or, other dairy product. These products culture
        the bacteria/ viruses; and makes them become larger in quantity.
   [3] Drink green or black teas.
   [4] Do not drink coffee. It may irritate your inner lining.
   [5] do not take sugar. If you do, only take brown unprocessed sugar.
   [6] Take probiotics on an empty stomache if you can. Do not mix with teas or food.
These are my home cures. They will assist in a speedy recovery; as well as eliminate the cause of illness.

Remember, the best treatment to prevent flu is to take 2 grams vitamin C every 2 days. Sometimes, it is more; but, it depends on body weight and other factors what the dosage is. Do not overdose.
