In the past, I noticed many females were becoming hurt from our relationship together. I was transamixturating with them. To some, it became almost fatal. I am presently NOT safe for anyone ; regarding relationships.

Alcohol is a solvent. It is not classified as a beverage, food, or drug. Consumption of alcohol causes a dehydration of internal skin cells. Alcohol leaches water from the cells; as well as biochemical and toxins. Long term usage of alcohol; or, large quantity consumption dehydrates organs, blood, and skin cells. The brain cells become dehydrated also; and do not allow brainwaves to pass through intact. The brainwaves become disrupted similarly to drug usage; and disallows normal cerebration. Delirium, incoherency, delusions, and disrupted thought processes occur continually. Small quantities of alcohol may be used to extract digestive juices from the internal structures of the abdomen; but, only for an extremely limited period of time. Alcohol is used in criminal groups to terminate sexual inhibitions of females for rape and slavery functions.

Causes of Extreme Headaches

Causes of extreme headaches are variable. Some causes are: [1] Vertebrae in thee neck that slip out of place may cause extreme headaches for days. A chiropractor; or yoga, will cure that headache. [2] Acid reflux will cause headaches. Take a suitable antacid such as Zantac. [3] Heart problems will cause extreme headaches; especially if associated with respiratory problems such as C.O.P.D., bronchitis, and asthma. Aspirin will usually thin the blood sufficiently to relieve the pressure of respiratory problems. [4] Muscular and nervous tension will cause extreme headaches . Tension in the face from attempting to avoid bright sunlight is a major cause of this type of headache; as well as attempting to read media without wearing prescription glasses if they are necessary. [5] Electrolyte imbalance from lack of potassium is a major cause of headaches if the individual sweats profusely; and especially if he individual has respiratory problems. These are the most common causes of headaches. There are numerous other causes that are known to date.

Acid Reflux/ Antacids

Usually, for chronic [long term] or extreme acid reflux and acidosis of the urinary tract potassium and magnesium are very well for temporary relief. Even with blisters in the entire mouth from acid reflux, 1-2 grams of potassium [2-4 500mg tablets maximally] over a period of 5 days maximally would suffice to take the blisters away and heal the body.
