Allergies are defined as the incapability to digest proteinaceous atmospheric particles.
When pollen, and other particles in the air enter the nasal passages, they are normally digested by the body. In some cases, the body is incapable of digesting the proteinaceous particles. Undesirable reactions occur.
To treat allergies, a protein digestant is to be administered. Pineapple juice, papaya, and mangos are very strong protein digestants. Bromelain in bananas also is a protein digestant.
